REFUND POLICY

That's why we have a 30-Day Gaurantee. If your not satisfied with your results

• Email us with your order number and reason/s for refund.If the product is defective, kindly include in your email a photo or video showing the defective item and the results you got.

*If you wish to return the item, you are responsible for the costs of return shipping and may ship back the item using the courier of your choice. We will provide you with our return address.

We will issue an email confirmation once the refund has been approved and processed. Please note that the total refund amount does not include the shipping fee.

CANCELLATIONS/ADDRESS CHANGES

• You have a 1 hour window upon receiving your order confirmation to cancel/change your order. This is due to the efficient nature of our automated fulfillment system.
• To cancel an order, please contact us with the same email address as soon as possible. We will immediately refund your payment if you have no surpassed the 1 hour window. However, if your order has been shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item/s back from you and have processed them at our warehouse.
